The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issue Pixspan US patent number 11,165,849, “Accelerated cloud data transfers using optimized file handling and a choice of speeds across heterogeneous network paths”.

This patent describes a system and methods that incorporate ways of accelerating data at user defined speeds and cost, across a network comprised of different elements. It uses machine learning to adapt the throughput of available circuits by more accurately establishing speeds and costs
